Gumbo Mode - Double IPA

ABV 8.4%

Our biggest IPA yet, this Double IPA comes in at 8.4%.  Large additions of Talus hops are complimented by Citra and Cascade leading to flavors of pine, citrus and tropical fruit.  A subtle bitter hop finish combines with a touch of malt sweetness from the additions of White Wheat and Munich Malt.  We all have to go Gumbo Mode sometimes.
